What States do you operate in?

I work in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, New York, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida.

What prompted me to be a public adjuster?

In 2009 we had a claim at our house and I could not believe how we were handled by our insurance company. That is when I started looking for help and found a public adjuster to help us through the process. After taking with our public adjuster She explained to me that through the experience of my background in construction this would be a perfect fit for me.

Why do Residential and Commercial property owners contact you for public adjusting services?

How long does the process usually take?

That is a great question. There is no true answer to that question as it depends on the complexity of the loss. It can take a couple of weeks to a couple of months.

What are the largest pitfalls that owners find in dealing with Insurance companies?

The lag time in claims settling, the lack of respect for one’s home and how the people occupy their properties. The underestimating of the losses and the insured’s just don’t know how to deal with it. They also have an agenda, that is to protect the interest of the Insurance companies, not the home or business owner damaged by the loss.

Your Insurance Company Will Tell You to be Patient - We Disagree

Your Insurance Carrier's Adjuster that comes to see you after the claim will often tell you to be patient.
